Although our primary goal is to alleviate issues through the restoration of proper biomechanical function to the lower limb and body, sometimes this is not enough. In some cases we offer orthotics to aid in the recovery of our patients. In these instances, Core Insight is able to assess for, cast and dispense orthotics. These orthotics can aid in the treatment of such things as pain in the lower back, hips, knees and feet, shin splints, plantar fascitis, bunions, sore aches and foot fatigue.
